I loved these beef jerky'ish treats from Epic Bar. Found at Whole Foods.

So I lucked out and found Zapp potato chips on Cape Cod!
Can you believe it? Cape Cod of all places!
Newest flavor VooDoo is a mix of salt & vinegar w/ BBQ. Oh yeah.

Yes! Really good! Yes! So Delicious found at Whole Foods.

I wanted to start growing out my eyelashes.
Was told by a friend to give this Viviscal a go. It works great as you can see in the
photo; I had ZERO eyelashes. And yes it does grow out the hair too, makes it thicker & longer.
I do recommend this, I was not paid for this, keep in mind it's pricey, but I think Amazon has
it cheapest. Also it does upset the stomach so take with food. I take one pill every other day.

Gave this Red Ace beet shot extract a go to help boost my workouts.
“The discovery of nitric oxide and its function is one of the most important in the history of cardiovascular medicine.”Its good, I prefer pure beet juice though".
It's strong for sure and will stain anything!

I've been faithful to this beet juice after all the holiday eats.

This doesn't need ice cream, just a spoon baby.

This is a bad bad habit of mine.
It's made up of all chemicals and I love every single one of them! lol

And just like that winter is here.

Lasted half hour on the ice and then fell. Game over.

Happy Friday!
I was asked to try Cappellos gluten free, grain free, and vegan chocolate chip cookie.
Oh yeah, I was very skeptical. There is NO way this will taste good, but I'll be nice and
give it a go.

Let me just say how wrong my ill-conceived notions were about these cookies.
They are so good! No, exceptional.
There is NO way you will notice they are gluten free let alone vegan and grain free.
Seriously the best gluten free cookie I've ever had.
They bake up crisp outside and a little bit chewy in the middle.
I asked my husband, and a couple friends to try them. After they asked me for the recipe,
I asked them did you know those cookies were vegan, gluten free AND grain free?
"no way!" they said. So there's your proof on how good they are.
My only regret? I only wish they sent me more.
Where can you find Cappellos Cookie Dough? Online and Click here.

Next week I'll share with you a recipe using their grain free & gluten free pasta.
This is going to be good!

This one nearly scared me to death!
As I was leaving the house, I could have sworn I saw something in the sliders as I was going out the back door.
Get outside and boom! there she is?
I carefully and quietly turn on my camera because you know I have to get a photo of this, all the
while thinking 'please don't leave, please don't leave, just one photo!'
As soon as the first "click" noise of the camera taking a photo goes off, she bolts, and I mean bolts!

Can you see her taking off? Fast as lightening baby!

Last Saturday was a gorgeous day on cape cod.
That blue color.....

And then we had the most beautiful sunset.

I love Sunday morning diner food.
And yes, I like to have a side of home fries with my home fries.

The latest batch of blueberries from Driscolls is wild.
Look at the size of them? Wild.

Oh boy, have you tried the Halloween themed coconut milk bars from So Delicious?
They are so good. Chocolate dipped top with creamsicle bottom.
I ate the whole box in one sitting.
Found at Whole Foods Market.

I cannot get enough of these new protein chips from Quest Nutrition.
And you know even my 'potato chip loving' husband now eats these instead of the greasy alternative.
My favorite is the cheddar-sour cream.
Cheat clean indeed and zero guilt. Can't recommend these enough.

A while back I wanted to see if a cake mix would "muffin". It did.
And now I wanted to see if a cake mix would "bundt" and it did. Well that's a no-brainer really,
but I wanted to see if a cake mix would bundt with a filling in the middle and yes it does.
The filling is cream cheese, an egg and some pecans. I used the Duncan Hines golden butter cake mix--any flavor will do really.

I was asked to try the new cast iron grill pan from Bobby Flay at Kohls.
I'm happy to say I love it, it's square and it fits just perfectly on my stove top.
The handle is far better and the best part? It's not as heavy as other cast iron pans.
It makes the best grilled cheese too!
